Part A — Terms of Service
1. General
Use of TRIPGETHER ("the Platform") constitutes full agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. The Service
TRIPGETHER is a community platform that allows users to publish a personal profile and find travel partners based on personal preferences. The Platform is not a travel agency and is not a party to any agreement between users.
TRIPGETHER is not responsible for meetings, agreements, damages, or any other outcome resulting from connections between users made through the Platform.
3. Eligibility
By using the Platform you declare that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The information you provided is accurate
- You will not impersonate another person
- You will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes
4. Profile & Trip Publishing
By publishing a profile and trip:
- You confirm the information is true and accurate
- You are aware that certain details will be shown to other users
- Contact details (email, phone) are shown only to registered users
- You may not publish offensive, misleading, racist, or unlawful content
- You may not publish other people's information without their consent
5. Personal Responsibility for Meetings
TRIPGETHER does not verify user identities. Any meeting between users is solely the responsibility of those users. We recommend first meetings in public places.

The Platform may remove content and block users without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, offensive content, false information, or spam.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TRIPGETHER and its operators harmless from any damage, loss, or claim arising from your activity on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
TRIPGETHER is a technology platform only that connects users. All responsibility for meetings, agreements, and travel lies solely with the users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Part B — Privacy Policy
11. Information We Collect
- Email address
- First name
- Phone number (if provided)
- City (if provided)
- Travel preferences (lifestyle, budget, destinations)
- Usage data and IP address
12. What Is Shown to Others
Non-registered users see: first name, destination, dates, lifestyle, budget.
Registered users also see: email and phone number.

- Displaying your profile to other users
- Sending updates and relevant information (with consent)
- Service improvement and statistical analysis
- Security and fraud prevention
